Title: Data Entry
Location: Scranton, PA
Duration:08+ Months (High possibility of perm or extension)
Start date: March 25
Onsite Flexibility: 100% onsite , M – F, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM for training(Training will last for 8-10 weeks)
After Training Shift: (Night shift, 12 AM-09 AM, Shift differential is 10% for the given shift)
Interview: Video/ Onsite
Pay rate: 18.50/Hr on w2 without benefits.
Overtime: Available after 10 weeks.

Job Description
Responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research, and resolution of varied problems. Functions include administering defined procedures, analysis and report generation, and exception processing. Coordinates the implementation of products/services and operational solutions. May assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring new products/services. Guides associate within own unit regarding procedural, technical, and/or operational changes. Incumbents have full working knowledge of the operations environment acquired through experience in an operations environment and on-the-job training.

Typing and Data entry experience

Experience with working independently and on teams
Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
Experienced with managing multiple priorities and multi-tasks
Able to work weekends and overtime when needed

Desired Skills:
Previous Wire experience
Financial industry experience
Accounting experience

Training Information-
Initial training with happen on site in Scranton during normal dayshift hours from 8am-5 pm Mon-Fri; for approximately 6-10 weeks (depending on their abilities and performance). After initial training is completed all additional upskill training will happen during their normal shift hours of 12 am-9am Mon-Fri.

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Monday to Friday
